Quotes. Quotes are fixed and in writing, valid for 30 days. The figure quoted is the figure invoiced unless you change the job, in which case a revised figure is agreed in writing before work continues.
Surveys. Surveys are free and carry no obligation.
Materials and workmanship. Timber is pressure-treated; steel systems are galvanised as a minimum. Workmanship issues reported promptly are made good without quibble.
Site. We leave sites tidy: spoil, offcuts and the old fence leave with us. Please tell us about services (cables, pipes) you know about along the fence line.
Payment. Payment terms are stated on the quote. No deposits are taken on standard domestic work unless materials are special-order.
